I made so many mistakes in the beginning of my Pinterest Journey
1) For one I didn’t understand how to use Pinterest for marketing
The only time I used Pinterest in the past was to re-pin pretty pictures, meal recipes and to gather information for my next home decor project. I didn’t even know that it was possible to use pinterest to grow your business.
2) I didn’t have a strategy, I was completely winging it
When I started I was trying to get more traffic to my home decor blog. I was posting random images with no keywords, repinning content and my boards were completely disorganized. I did link most of my pins but I didn’t see a lot of traffic. I spend so much time and effort and was barely getting anywhere.
3) I spent endless hours on YouTube and free guides
